I began in publishing as an editor and researcher at Encyclopædia Britannica. I then founded TRC, a book developer based in Missoula, Montana. I also cofounded Quibbley, a publishing studio that explores emerging technology in academic and scholarly publishing. I have a BA in philosophy from Georgetown University and an MFA in creative writing from the University of Montana. I live in Nice, France.
