What We Do

Online publications have special considerations. Long paragraphs can be difficult to read on a computer, as can long articles. Hyperlinks and search boxes make jumping from one article or topic to another much easier. When working with publishers on electronic products, we are careful to understand their concerns about formatting, organization, and coding.

We have done three types of work for online publications: converting our existing paper books into coded text; preparing material that appears exclusively on a fee-based service, usually accessed through a library or university; and writing text that is available for free on the Internet and for which search engine optimization is an important consideration.
